Illinois Customers Affected by Flooding
OneBeacon has rescinded any policy cancellation notices issued on or after 06.10.2008 for affected Illinois properties; and we have reinstated the policy, consistent with instructions from the Illinois Division of Insurance. For the time being, we have suspended sending policy cancellation or nonrenewal notices to affected policyholders.
We are also granting a 60-day extension for any policy provisions that impose a time limit on policyholders or claimants, including submission of a claim or proof of loss, and completion of required repairs on affected property.

Indiana, Iowa and Missouri Customers Affected by Flooding
We have rescinded any policy cancellation notice issued on or after the following dates for affected Indiana, Iowa and Missouri properties; and we have reinstated the policy. For the time being, we are sending no new policy cancellation notices.
